Well – we’ve been all over Sheffield today (bless those trams and buses!). I haven’t been shopping in ages and so today we went craft shopping. I needed some fabric, interfacing and such like so we hopped on the tram to visit a lovely fabric shop in Hillsborough called Richard’s Fabrics. They had some lovely fabrics and I bought some lovely spotty cottons. Of course we paid the obligatory visit to Coles to get a few bits and bobs and then we went antique shopping and look what I found….
These fab little 1950’s magazine pullouts were only 75p each and there are some gorgeous patterns in them – I can’t wait to try the batwing sweater!
Here is my gorgeous fabric – I’m making an Amy Butler halter neck out of the yellow polka dot.
Love those patterns! What a lucky find. Thanks for visiting my blog!
