I set aside some time today for clothesmaking but I’ve had a rush on orders in my Etsy shop this week so instead I had a different kind of sewing day, mixed in with a little printing.

I had a new batch of knitting bags to make up as I’ve started listing them again in my Etsy shop.  These organic cotton knitting bags are different to the original design as now I’m using my knitting fabric with a smaller all over print instead of the larger placement print I used to use.  I do have some panel pieces with the larger placement print left though so I will be listing some of those bags soon but for now I’m just listing a few of these new bags.  I’ve also added a flat bottom on these new bags just as an extra touch.

Another fun job was to make up some new fabric sample packs as these are now available in my Etsy shop too.  The packs contain small pieces of fabric from my current and previous collections, here a piece of pug fabric has snook in.

Every purchase until Monday 21st May will receive one of these free and if you order over £20 worth of items then you can choose your favourite fabric and have that included in a special fabric pack just for you.

I have one of your original knitting bags that I bought about three years ago and I still use it pretty much every day. I love it!
