After months of planning and weeks of organising I’m delighted to give you a sneak preview of my new AW 2012 collection of fabrics. There are three designs for this first collection, Bird Brolly, Rain Flowers and Waves and all of these designs will be available by the metre as well as fat quarters.
The first sneak preview is of my Bird Brolly design, this is an existing design that people seem to be so fond of that I just had to offer it as part of the metre collection. I’ve changed the layout slightly to make it a little more uniform but the sizing remains the same, it’s now available in three new retro inspired autumnal shades:

Tomorrow you’ll see a sneak preview of the next design in the collection, Rain Flowers, which is available in Lime, Royal Blue and Hot Pink.
All of the investors in my Crowdfunder project got this preview last week so they could decide which fabrics they wanted for their rewards. Those fabrics will be the first to get printed up, I’ll then print up the rest of the fabric roll I have with an even spread of the designs and colours, then the whole roll will be ready to be heat set and ready to go in my Etsy shop.
So, I’m wondering is whether pre-ordering fabric is something that you would be interested in? As this first run is a relatively short print run, I want to make sure that no one is dissappointed when they find there isn’t enough fabric in any one design or colour so let me know if you’d be interested in pre-ordering metre lengths through Etsy by leaving me a comment here on this post, or the other two preview posts over the next few days.
